Good questions, answered.
Anything else, just ask. You speak to Will or Sam, not a call centre.
I have a leak right now. What should I do?
Call us on 07591 265735 rather than filling in the form, so we can talk it through, tell you what to do in the meantime and get out to make it safe.
What happens at the free quote visit?
We look at the roof properly, not from the drive, so we can see every slope, valley and chimney. We talk you through what we found, with photos, and follow up with a fixed written quote.
How much does a new roof or repair cost?
It depends on the size and pitch of the roof, the materials, access and whether scaffolding is needed, so we do not guess over the phone. We come out, look at the roof properly, show you what we found and give you a fixed written quote. The quote is free and there is no obligation.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. Every new roof we fit comes with a 25-year guarantee on our workmanship, and every new flat roof with 15 years. For repairs, we explain exactly what is covered on the quote, so you know before any work starts.
