Flat roofs
Flat roofs fail at the edges and upstands first. We replace tired coverings from the deck up, with new boards where the old ones have gone soft, and finish in GRP fibreglass or high-performance felt with the trims, upstands and outlets done properly.

Chimneys
A chimney takes the full force of the weather. We repoint and re-flash stacks, replace cracked flaunching and pots, rebuild where the brickwork has gone, and take chimneys down below the roofline when they are no longer needed.

Leadwork & flashings
Leadwork is where most leaks start, around chimneys, in valleys and where a roof meets a wall. We cut out tired or patched lead and dress new lead by hand, so it sheds water the way it should for years.

Fascias, soffits & guttering
Rotten timber at the eaves lets water into the roof and the walls. We replace fascias, soffits and guttering in uPVC, repair and realign existing gutters, and make sure everything falls to the outlets.

Tiling & slating
